Free accounts share 10 advanced song requests / draws per calendar month. The allowance resets on the first day of each month in Taiwan time and does not roll over. Standard free requests, previews and failed payments do not consume it.
Each accepted advanced request or draw uses one allowance, including advanced requests with a zero minimum. Pending payments reserve a use for one hour; successful payments consume it in the order-creation month. Draws count when queued, not again when revealed. Active Creator access does not consume free uses. After expiry, the remaining monthly allowance is available.
The 14-day trial starts when claimed and is available once per account. It includes core Creator features and exclusive styles. No card is required and it does not convert into a paid plan automatically.
30 days cost NT$149; 365 days cost NT$1,490. Both offer the same features. Each is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal, and you can buy again at any time. Access is activated after payment verification and added after any remaining trial or purchased time. There is no plan switch to manage.
Time runs continuously, even while the app is closed. Existing valid Creator access included with Console+ does not need to be purchased again for the same period.
Creator does not include the Console+ audio console, separately sold assets or future custom services. The free allowance does not unlock Creator-exclusive styles.
PayPal determines whether guest card checkout is available. The checkout amount is in TWD. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees. MOCHA does not add a surcharge for PayPal.
Lifetime purchases are handled manually. Unused paid time may be credited; free trial and gifted time have no cash value. Price, scope and availability are confirmed before payment for each offer.
Expiry does not delete your library, settings or history. Feature access follows your current entitlement. Viewer requests already paid for and accepted are retained when the streamer’s Creator access expires.
A full 14-day Creator trial is available so you can try the features before purchasing. The 30-day and 365-day plans are one-time digital-service access periods and are generally non-refundable after purchase and activation. Contact MOCHA with your order number for duplicate charges, missing activation or refunds required by law.
Early Supporter Bonus: once per account while the offer runs. Your first Creator order that is created during the offer and paid successfully gets 15 extra days with the 30-day plan or 60 extra days with the 365-day plan, as shown at checkout. Past buyers are also eligible. Bonus days are added after the purchased days and have no cash value or transfer value. A full refund removes any unused bonus days, and the bonus cannot be claimed again. The offer may end; orders already created are fulfilled as offered when they were created.
